Refund Policy

Please ask if you have any questions before purchase and of my handmade items. My items are handmade and duplicate items will naturally vary, and custom orders are to be paid in advance and not refundable.

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of sale. Item must be returned in original condition and buyer must pay return postage. There are no returns on customized items and they must be paid in full before shipment.

All items are made in a smoke-free environment. When items leave the shop, they are free from smells and odors unless tea-dyed or dusted with light cinnamon. Primitive Market Place is not responsible for lost packages or those damaged en route.
