Are your items handmade?
Yes. Every item in my shop is handmade using aged fabrics, homespun textures, and primitive finishing techniques. No two pieces are ever exactly alike — each one has its own unique character.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. I do accept custom orders when my schedule allows. If you have a specific primitive doll, seasonal piece, or décor idea in mind, just send me a message and I’ll let you know if I can create it for you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most ready‑made items ship within 3–5 business days. Handmade‑to‑order pieces may take a little longer depending on the season and my current workload. Once your package ships, you’ll receive tracking so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. If your order is a gift, I can wrap it in primitive‑style packaging using aged papers, twine, and simple homespun touches. Just leave me a note at checkout and I’ll take care of it for you.
What materials do you use in your handmade items?
I use aged fabrics, homespun cottons, wool, muslin, and other primitive‑style textiles. Many pieces are hand‑stained or distressed to give them that warm, timeworn look that primitive décor is known for.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only ship within the United States. If this ever changes, I’ll update my shop policies and FAQ so customers can see the new options.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. I’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. I want every customer to be completely happy with their order.
Can I request a specific fabric or color?
In most cases, yes. If you have a favorite fabric style, color, or primitive pattern you’d like me to use, just let me know before ordering. I’ll check my supplies and confirm whether I can match your request.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because each item is handmade, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out to me. I always work with customers to make sure they’re happy with their purchase.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your package ships. You can follow it step‑by‑step until it arrives safely at your home.
Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once a package has been mailed, it can no longer be canceled. If you need to request a cancellation, contact me as soon as possible and I’ll check the status for you.
Do you offer digital patterns?
Yes. Many of my designs are available as instant‑download digital patterns. After checkout, you’ll receive a link to download your file right away so you can start creating without waiting for shipping.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
If you need your order by a certain date, please message me before purchasing. I’ll check my schedule and shipping times to see if I can meet your deadline. I always do my best to accommodate special timing when possible.
Are your handmade items safe for children?
Most of my handmade pieces are designed as décor and are not intended for young children. Many items include small parts, buttons, pins, or decorative elements that are not suitable for play. If you need something child‑safe, please message me first and I’ll let you know what options I can offer.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
At this time, I do not offer wholesale pricing. However, if you need multiple pieces for an event, display, or seasonal décor setup, feel free to message me. I can let you know what quantities I’m able to make and provide a time estimate.
How do I care for my handmade items?
Most primitive pieces are meant for gentle display. Keep them away from moisture, direct sunlight, and heavy handling. If needed, lightly dust with a soft cloth. Do not machine wash or soak, as many items are stained or aged by hand to achieve their primitive look.
Do you make seasonal items year‑round?
Yes. I create seasonal pieces throughout the year, including Christmas, Halloween, Fall, and everyday primitives. If you’re looking for something out of season, just message me — I may already have it in progress or can make it for you.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. If you have a specific primitive design, theme, or idea in mind, feel free to reach out. I’ll let you know if it’s something I can create and give you an estimated timeframe based on my current schedule.
How long does it take to make a custom order?
Timeframes vary depending on the size and detail of the piece, but most custom orders take between 1–2 weeks to complete. If you need something sooner, just ask — I’ll let you know if I can fit it into my schedule.
Do you restock sold‑out items?
Some items can be remade and restocked, while others are one‑of‑a‑kind. If something you love is sold out, feel free to message me — I’ll let you know whether I can make another or offer a similar option.
